3jlmmm Terms and Conditions — Rules for Philippine Players

Welcome to 3jlmmm. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 3jlmmm website at https://3jlmmm.net and any related mobile or web applications operated under the same brand. "3jlmmm", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operating entity holding the applicable PAGCOR license. "You" and "your" refer to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the 3jlmmm platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the agreement between you and 3jlmmm. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's terms apply to that promotion only — these general Terms govern everything else.

3jlmmm operates as a licensed online gaming platform under Philippine law. Our license authorises us to offer sports betting, casino games, and related gaming services to eligible players residing in the Philippines. Access to the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not authorised, and 3jlmmm reserves the right to block access from such locations.

• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, or you have disclosed your PEP status to 3jlmmm as required.

3jlmmm reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one active account at 3jlmmm. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. 3jlmmm will use this information to verify your identity in accordance with PAGCOR KYC requirements before processing your first withdrawal.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your 3jlmmm account. This includes:

• Using a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) from your account security settings — we strongly recommend this for all accounts.
• Never sharing your login credentials, OTP codes, or security questions with any other person.

All financial transactions at 3jlmmm are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). We do not accept foreign currency deposits, and all balances, winnings, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Pesos.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya, and ₱200 for bank transfers. 3jlmmm does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees — check with your bank or e-wallet provider for details. Deposit methods currently accepted include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank (via InstaPay/PESONet), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is ₱200 via GCash or Maya, and ₱500 via bank transfer. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as your verified 3jlmmm account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay typically complete within 1–3 hours during banking hours.
• Withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 may be subject to an additional compliance review. This review typically completes within a few hours on business days.
• Daily withdrawal limits: ₱100,000 via GCash (standard accounts); higher limits available to VIP Club members.

3jlmmm reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal as part of anti-money laundering compliance procedures. If requested documentation is not provided within 14 days, the withdrawal request may be cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance pending re-submission.

3jlmmm offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time of offer, and the following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonus funds at 3jlmmm carry a wagering requirement — a minimum total betting amount that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ₱20,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are clearly displayed before any bonus is claimed.

• Only bets placed with real money (not bonus funds) count toward withdrawal limits unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your 3jlmmm cashier display.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified by the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• 3jlmmm reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, or coordinated betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Players may only claim each specific promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and cannot be claimed more than once per household, IP address, or payment method.

Promotions may be modified, suspended, or cancelled by 3jlmmm at any time. If a promotion is cancelled, bonuses already credited that meet applicable conditions will be honoured according to the terms at the time of crediting.

All bets placed at 3jlmmm are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. General betting rules that apply across all 3jlmmm games and sports markets include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 3jlmmm does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in specific circumstances outlined in individual game or sports market rules (e.g., event cancellation before commencement).
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round that results in the round not completing normally, the round will be declared void and all bets returned. Partially completed rounds where a definitive result was reached before the failure may be settled at 3jlmmm's discretion based on available data.
• For sports betting, if an event is postponed or abandoned before the minimum play period required for result settlement, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned — unless specific in-play market results have already been settled.
• 3jlmmm's decision on the settlement of all bets is final. Disputes regarding settlement may be raised with customer support within 7 days of the settlement date.

Results from live dealer games at 3jlmmm are determined by physical game elements (dice, cards, roulette wheel) captured on live video. Certified RNG systems are used for digital game versions. All game results are logged and auditable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at 3jlmmm and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or attempting to deceive 3jlmmm staff or systems in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using the 3jlmmm platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activities. All suspicious transactions are reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 3jlmmm's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the value of funds held in your account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

3jlmmm is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your use of the platform, whether or not such losses were foreseeable.
• Interruptions or delays in platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government actions).

• Decisions you make based on odds, statistics, or other information available on the 3jlmmm platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 3jlmmm's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

3jlmmm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• The account holder is not eligible to use the platform under the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
• The account is associated with a self-exclusion or exclusion order from another operator or regulatory body.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the account are held securely. If an investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account is reinstated and any withheld withdrawals are processed without undue delay. If violations are confirmed, 3jlmmm may forfeit all or part of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the violation, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

You may voluntarily close your 3jlmmm account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real money balance remaining in the account at closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.

Your privacy matters to 3jlmmm. We collect and process personal information as necessary to operate the platform, comply with Philippine legal obligations (including PAGCOR licensing requirements and Republic Act 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012), and provide you with services.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 3jlmmm customer support and allow us a reasonable period — not less than 30 days — to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Many disputes can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication with our support team.

For disputes relating to specific bet settlements or game results, 3jlmmm's decision — made after reviewing all available logs and evidence — is considered final, as is standard under PAGCOR licensing conditions. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may escalate to PAGCOR's player complaints process.
